Here is where I, the creator of GfxTub.com aka DudeAmI aka Kris, covers his ass.
The quick version
Now, the quick not so legal version is that I am not liable for any content on this site. If any content is reported as illegal, fraud, or such, I will be taking it down ASAP. The laws that apply to this site are the laws of the United States. Basically, if you think it might be violating the law, don't upload it here.
The long version
This is the offical terms of service of our delightful service.
Terminology
'User' is a person who has uploaded content to the site.
'GfxTub' refers to the site GfxTub.com and its owner.
'File' and 'Files' refers to any file(s) that has been uploaded to the site.
Terms of Service
GfxTub is not liable for any of the files that are uploaded to the site. Any image violation the terms of service will be removed without warning. A image that is considered to violate the terms of service contain one or more of the following:
- Any image that is not an image, or contains contents beyond that of an image. An example is hidden files appended or prepended to images.
- Any content found illegal and/or violate any United States laws.
- Any material that is considered pornographic. This includes sexual scenes, uncensored genetalia, and nudity
The user agrees to full responsibility of any images uploaded. Any file that is found incriminating will be the full response of the user.
GfxTub.com will not sell, distribute, or in anyway send personal information to a third party (An entity other than GfxTub.com), unless the user has committed an unlawful act or it is subpoenaed.
GfxTub.com reserves the right to update this without any notice.
All files uploaded to the site are copyright their respective owners. The user who uploaded a file takes on full legal responsibilty of that file.
